Product Warranty Information

Warranty

Our products are covered by a full THREE YEAR Limited Warranty on both parts and labor (shipping excluded).

During the first year we will either repair or replace your defective machine at our discretion and free of charge (shipping excluded).

After the 1st year warranty will cover all internal electronic parts (shipping excluded).

The warranty does not include failure produced by abuse, neglect, slips and falls, exposure to rain, snow or ice, or Acts of God. Like all electrical equipment, it should be protected against voltage spikes caused by events such as lightning strikes.

Product Safety Notice

Our products contain high voltage electrical components that should not be subjected to exposure to water sources. As a result and for your own safety, please do not use our machines outdors in the rain or snow which could pose a personal danger or even death to the person using the machine.
